Tonight’s call took on a life of its own as we were set to do a deep clearing, and that we did for sure, with words rather than actual light energy.

We explored getting back to the basics of energy medicine sometimes, how this may help you should you be presented with challenging individuals along your path moving forward. Taking note to remember to include the body. I shared a few tips and tricks on meridian tracing, releasing stress, calling in a higher thought stream to recenter, and so much more!
